I would give zero stars . Came here one afternoon . There was a paper on the door with a number and doorbell . They told us we had to call and reserve online . Ok so we call the number he still had us standing outside in the cold until we reserved . Buzzed us in to a waiting room . Mind you nobody was there it was no employees working just hot and dusty waiting room . We’re still trying to figure how are we gonna get n the room . But some people walk up guy over the phone says. Ignore the bad reviews. Straight forward hot tub place I have been to many times. They deal with a lot of entitled people who think they are booking a room at the Four Seasons. Generally safe part of town but since Covid downtown Oakland can be sketchy. Uber there and back.
I just called them , the guy was talking to someone else while answering a buisness line and then hangs up on me
