Used to be good. Last couple times have been bad. Couple months ago I asked to fill out the paperwork to write down problem areas. Then we just went for Mother’s Day, I grabbed the paper before anyone greeted us. My mom put no hair and no face (she just had surgery) the lady came took her paper read it out loud then I asked if I could fill out a paper for my problem areas she said no.. so I verbally asked her to work on my shoulder and feet. I'm a truck driver, and with their professional massage, they cured me of years of back pain, lower back pain. Highly recommended!
Never going back again. There is this lady I had an appointment and I asked for a foot massages and she rejected to do it. She was being very rude about it too and she was on her phone but couldn’t take customers.
Very bad service!
Never go at zen spa one lady had very bad attitude she is very rude lady.
