Terrible experience. They have a note saying please advise us within 5 mins of starting the massage if you require another masseuse, I understand why now. The old man could not speak English and didn’t understand when I told him I am sensitive due to recent surgery on my shoulder. I went to Zen Massage Salon to relax and purchased a $70 package, but it fell way below my expectations. Hygiene: I was handed a dirty towel right at the start, which made me seriously doubt the overall cleanliness of the place. Massage Quality: The neck and shoulder massage was unfortunately terrible. Massage was great. Asked for 20 min neck and shoulder. Realised after the fact it was 25 mins for $40 (which was fine) was then charged for $45 which I asked why it was different from the board. She said $5 for eftpos(even though I used less time) expressed my discontent paid and walked away. Received usual payment text from bank $45.68. So charged an eftpos fee on top of an eftpos fee? Absolute joke and will be contacting accc
Got me in straight away, and did an amazing job on all my tight and sore muscles. Really quality massage. I felt so much better afterwards, as I was in a lot of pain. Just be mindful they prefer cash over card.
Fantastic experience at ZEN Oriental Holistic Health. The staff were incredibly helpful, so polite, and the atmosphere was so calming. I especially want to mention Sasha — she was so professional in her work. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a professional massage.
