Massage was great. Asked for 20 min neck and shoulder. Realised after the fact it was 25 mins for $40 (which was fine) was then charged for $45 which I asked why it was different from the board. She said $5 for eftpos(even though I used less time) expressed my discontent paid and walked away. Received usual payment text from bank $45.68. So charged an eftpos fee on top of an eftpos fee? Absolute joke and will be contacting accc
Got me in straight away, and did an amazing job on all my tight and sore muscles. Really quality massage. I felt so much better afterwards, as I was in a lot of pain. Just be mindful they prefer cash over card.
Fantastic experience at ZEN Oriental Holistic Health. The staff were incredibly helpful, so polite, and the atmosphere was so calming. I especially want to mention Sasha — she was so professional in her work. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a professional massage.
Heads up to other customers: I was told at payment that it’s cash only or $5 extra to use a card or tap. When I queried it, the fee was removed. Massage itself was fine, but this kind of payment practice should be transparent and consistent.
Nick was great, checked where I was tight and out of alignment first, then checked in about the pressure at the beginning and throughout. Very professional and I felt both safe and realigned.
