We always liked your products, then we bought a gallon of your orange dual action massage cream. Shortly after it started getting black mold spots in it and in the smaller container that we were using. I emailed and sent pictures asking if this was something you'd seen before or any advice/ help that you could give and You never bothered to respond. We ended up throwing it out. We don't use your product anymore, now we use coconut oil from the store and it's just a good!
I have been using Zen Organics since going to massage school 10 years ago. The Duel Action Nut-Free lotion is hands down the best lotion I have used in my practice. Recently, I had a product that needed to be returned. They were prompt on responding and gave me a time line as to when to expect my replacement. On top of that, they offered to send me product to hold me over until my gallon replacement comes in. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Not just for the amazing product but also for the people behind it. Thank you!
