I paid for a deep tissue massage but it felt like a lotion rub down no pressure . I was cut short which seems to happen looking at the reviews..the receptionist was nice she got me water after I asked for some. Maybe unlucky pick of the person or time, it was late she may have been tired and I understand
This was my first time here. My therapist was warm and friendly, and I truly appreciated her personality — but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The first thing I noticed was the bed. The sheets had visible hair and what looked like undissolved detergent, which immediately raised hygiene concerns. Excellent, targeted work. Muscles greatly responded to the work. Interpersonal professionalism from Jerry, Kimberly, and Juliet. Juliet, as a professional who cares, listens to how my muscles respond to her excellent deep tissue massage and invigorates tissue enough to stimulate healing.
Booking online was easy, I got in the same day. And my therapist (Millie) was amazing, I will definitely come back.
