We treat professionals who need massage to perform their jobs without pain and discomfort. Established in 1999. Zen Massage Center for first ten years was located inside the World Gym in Paramus, NJ. In 2010 ZMC expanded and moved to a new location in Maywood, NJ. We have now three treatment room and three full time therapists with combined 40+ years of experience.

I called Tom on a whim because I was in the area and he had good reviews.... He happened to have time to fit me in for an hour massage and as a full time chef AND mother who works out almost five days a week let me tell you my body is TIGHT and SORE! I left feeling great!! I even slept on a pullout that night and work up feeling better still! I highly recommend Zen massage center <3

I am truly filled with gratitude to have met Tom. I first connected with Tom when I was in massage therapy school in 2021. We recently reconnected as I am a full time massage therapist and it is required that I receive consistent body work in order to perform optimally. Tom is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Kind, welcoming but most importantly gifted. I had a debilitating pain in my shoulder blade that affected my entire right arm and the use of my hand. 2 sessions made that a distant memory. I am his grateful and loyal client.
Had a great foot and hand reflexology massage and feeling great benefits from it. Will certainly be back! Thank you Tom! 😊
