I have had Jen work on me three times now. The first was a regular massage a few years ago, which worked out a stabbing knot under my left shoulder blade. It had been relentless for weeks, and has only come back a couple of times, and never lingered more than a day since. It was an unbelievable relief. The next two times were myofascial release.
