买7天的药只给了六天。大家一定要小心数清楚他们到底给了几天的药。 下次不去他家了 ——— 无法直接回复店家评论，在此回复： 感谢你们的回应态度和follow up。 日期是七月四号，我第一次尝试在你们家配药。时间我无法提供因为出药的时候是在排队，我被告知需要等待至少半小时所以我离开店了。我大概是在12点左右过去拿药，不知道你们什么时候准备好的。我拿的时候仅确认远志分开装，并没有确认其他分包。如果能证明确实不是你们的问题，因为你们后续follow up的认真态度，我会愿意保留评价修改评分并且继续从你们家配药。

第一次来就被圈粉了！老板和店员都特别温柔好沟通，中医师超级专业，讲得很清楚，让人很安心。药材品质很好，一看就是认真选过的那种，价格也很友好，没有套路。整体体验真的很加分，以后买中药看中医就锁死这里了，也会安利给朋友！ Highly recommend this place! The staff are very friendly and approachable,The Chinese medicine practitioner is highly professional, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The herbs and products are of excellent quality, and the pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely come back!

I’ve had a really positive experience shopping at this store. The herbs are very reasonably priced, which makes it easy to keep coming back without feeling like I’m overspending. I was also impressed by the wide selection of herbal pills—they seem to have something for almost every need. What stood out most to me was how friendly and approachable the staff are. Absolutely avoid this place! Zen Herbal in Eastwood is by far the worst shop I’ve ever been to. They are completely anti-animals and unfriendly to dogs. The shop itself is dirty, dusty, and the staff are rude and aggressive. Anyone who cares about their pets—do not go here. The owner is rude and can’t speak English
