I had a very disappointing experience at this massage parlour due to extremely poor customer service. When I walked in, the staff member at the door was immediately rude and dismissive. She appeared annoyed, nearly closed the door on me, and stormed off without any explanation. Another staff member then called her back, and I was told they were closing. Staff didn’t want to be there, felt like they just wanted to go home. At the end there was an “error” with the HICAPs and they don’t do written receipts. I paid full price and they got my $51 rebate too. Won’t be back.
Best massage place in Shepparton! I've been there every month or two for the past few years and always leave feeling better. I find the service very professional and the staff are friendly and accommoding.
