I booked a last minute luxury head spa and facial online. The place is beautiful and the people were wonderful. The service however was disappointing to say the least. The booking was for 75min, I was in the room for less than 60 minutes… that included blow drying my hair. The entire appointment felt very rushed, the facial was maybe 10 minutes of work with no consultation on my skin. The scalp massage was almost non existent. I felt like it was a waste of time and money.
Made an appointment online, the service provider texted me 2 hours before my appointment. I said I would be there, and I was very excited for my Head Spa! Arrived 15 minutes early. The lady up front informed my provider I was there. I waited...waited. When she was 15 minutes late for my appointment, I asked again to let my service provider know I was there. Then after waiting 35 minutes I left. The service provider never even came out to inform me she would be late. This is NOT luxury service.
