I think I just had the best body relaxation with new guy today. I booked the 90-minute with hot stones, and it was phenomenal. I recently visited this spa and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. During my foot massage, my technician Lucy repeatedly dug her fingernails into my feet, which was painful. I tried to communicate this to her, but there was a language barrier, so she brought someone over to translate. I clearly explained that her nails were hurting me and asked if someone else could finish my foot massage. She apologized, but continued the massage herself. Today was my first time ever going to a spa and getting a massage in Zen Foot place and it was absolutely amazing! I was very nervous going into it but Mike was very professional, kind and courteous, and amazing at what they do so I was able to relax and not be uncomfortable.Thank you HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back here regularly. This experience was incredible
