We were kicked out of the spa/sauna/pool for alleged noise and kids jumping, yet staff refused to identify who was responsible, provide proof, or even explain what we personally did wrong. No warning, no discussion, just collective punishment based on vague accusations. These facilities are part of what we paid for, and being denied access without justification is unacceptable. For a hotel that advertises relaxation and quality service, this was poorly handled, unfair, and completely ruined the experience.

J'ai été agreablement surpris du niveau detente et je recommande Zen Evasion Spa et leurs massotherapeutres a tous les gens qui souhaitent se soulager de leur stress physique et psychologique par la même occasion.
