Poor communication, unprofessional customer service. Lost my partner's DBS certificate and despite constantly chasing multiple members of the team by phone or email have not got a response in two weeks. Very slack communications in regards to school placements and almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. Would not recommend going with this teaching agency if you value your time and sanity.
This is the absolute worst agency I’ve signed up to. Got two shifts when I first started working for zen then out of nowhere they stopped contacting me for work. Tried to message them and get a hold of the person that was supposed to be helping and notifying me of any potential shifts and he rudely read my messages and completely ignored them. I've had two very happy days at TLA. The staff are really helpful and friendly.
I’ve had a generally positive experience working with Zen Educate. They offer a good range of job opportunities across both nursery and primary schools, and they seem to be growing, with new schools added each year. The daily pay is competitive, and there’s usually a good amount of work available. The consultants are also friendly and helpful, which makes the process smoother.
