I spent 28 days in 2018 to transforming my life through the knowledge of the yogi lifestyle and a strong foundation in yoga. The place was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for learning. Ira and Valarie are amazing teachers—wise, supportive, and inspiring. Highly recommend to anyone serious about deepening your yoga journey!
First, the short version- if your heart is ready to experience itself or you just want an opportunity to unplug and engage in loving self care; DO THIS! We did a 5 night, 6 day disconnect to reconnect retreat at Zen Den. We availed the basic package of yoga with complimentary massages and hot-cold therapy. It was a very relaxing, peaceful and restorative time. Val and Ira are very friendly, kind and knowledgable. They can guide you through the right postures and what is good for you. This was a horrible and scary experience. The couple who runs it treated us with disrespect and the husband appears to have a drug issue. And to think I paid for this pain. They should be shut done or redone totally.
