My mom and I took a week long trip to this retreat center. Our goal was to reconnect to ourselves , learn some things about us and our health and be able to come back home and implement better habits in our daily life. We just got home today and our experience was amazing. We learned so much about food and fuel and our bodies, we were introduced to products that were safe and good in quality for ultimate health. I spent 28 days in 2018 to transforming my life through the knowledge of the yogi lifestyle and a strong foundation in yoga. The place was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for learning. Ira and Valarie are amazing teachers—wise, supportive, and inspiring. Highly recommend to anyone serious about deepening your yoga journey!
