I spent 28 days in 2018 to transforming my life through the knowledge of the yogi lifestyle and a strong foundation in yoga. The place was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for learning. Ira and Valarie are amazing teachers—wise, supportive, and inspiring. Highly recommend to anyone serious about deepening your yoga journey!

First, the short version- if your heart is ready to experience itself or you just want an opportunity to unplug and engage in loving self care; DO THIS! Now, the longer version (but a version worth telling). Admittedly, I was not "wowed" upon our arrival.
