Amazingly relaxing experience! I had a massage, the head spa, and the red light therapy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cozy lounge room and locker rooms. I highly recommend booking a spa day with Zen Den Wellness!
I recently visited Zen Den Spa, and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish! The spa itself is stunning—comfy, serene, and beautifully designed to make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. I treated myself to a 90-minute massage, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I went to Zen Den for my birthday as a little treat to myself. I got the Zen Serenity: Scalp and Face Immersion (Head Spa) and it was absolutely amazing! Kaitlyn did a phenomenal job. She was kind and attentive. My scalp and hair felt so clean afterwards and the mini facial was wonderful! I could have laid there for hours. This spot was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully finished, comfortable, and relaxing, with phenomenal staff. The massage therapist was incredible—I had a sports massage, and it was one of the best I've ever experienced. Coming from a self-proclaimed "massage snob," that's saying a lot! What a fantastic addition to the Lakeside community! I live about 40 minutes away, and it was definitely well worth the drive.
This was my first visit to Zen Den in Lakeside. Rose was my massage therapist and she was extraordinary. She was kind, professional, welcoming, and so talented. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated and have signed up for Zen Den's monthly membership and plan to continue seeing Rose as well as explore other offerings. The spa itself is quite magical.
