The Yoga classes are exactly how they are described. The instructors give incredible direction and support. I love their music as well! The people are always friendly and welcoming. It truly is a peaceful, supportive and beautiful place to practice Yoga!
Hatha with Paige on Thursdays and Gentle Flow with Attallaka on Tuesdays are amazing. Each instructor brings their own energy to class. Classes are beginner friendly and there is an emphasis on meeting your wherever you are in your yoga journey while continuing to challenge you. Highly encourage giving them a visit.
