I receive a combination of therapeutic and sports massages from Zen Den and this has been a significant help to me. I have neuropathy and the massages help stimulate blood flow. A major factor for me has been the experience and competency of my therapist (Destiny Back). The atmosphere and excellent condition of the facility is also a major plus.
My time at Zen Den was so relaxing and enjoyable! This was my first time in the float tank and it was such an amazing experience. I will definitely make another appointment!
Everything was great. The 60 minute float session was just what I needed. Going back soon.
