I walked in looking for a book referred by another person and I was quiet and respectful not knowing what was going on w lots of folks in chairs. I thought the door nearest the front door was the bathroom mistaken I was confused and the lady said she would be w me in a minute so I patiently waited then when she approached me she appeared annoyed and I just thought wow there was a sign at the front that said you are loved.. maybe try kindness w the next soul walking in that goes a long way
