Bad communication, called for 1 hour full body appointment, got there and just rushed into a room with like no communication (I think the language barrier is a issue here but it just comes across as uninviting and rude), then was told no time for the 1 hour and I only got back and shoulder for 30 mins 🤦🤦 my second time trying remedial massage, awkward as hell
