I found Olwen to be very warm and amiable. She was always interested in listening to my concerns and trying to make helpful suggestions. The acupuncture treatment is specifically targeted to each persons needs. I found each session to be very relaxing, and always slept very well that night! Thanks so much Olwen.
I have been seeing Olwen at Zen for a few months now and she is such a wonderful healer. Her calm demeanor and sense of humour immediately puts you at ease. Her acupuncture and Chinese medicine has really helped me to restore my energy and chi and I have been so grateful to have found her.
I've been dealing with chronic migraines for 10+ years without knowing whether they were tension related, and after only a handful of acupuncture sessions, my migraines are already much less severe and no longer come on in clusters. Dr Olwen knows exactly what muscles need attention and knows the most effective ways to release stubborn tension. It's evident she truly knows her craft. Very grateful to her :)
Olwen has been amazing - she talked through my symptoms in detail and holistically to understand how to help, and her treatments are immediately and sustainably effective. I came in to see if I could get help with longer term pins and needles, and pain, and had relief immediately after one session, which lasted. I have very much appreciated her knowledge, and warmth - I feel extremely comfortable and confident in her skills. I very highly recommend.
