I have tried to email and call them about 20 times over the past 6 weeks and have never either reached or person or received a response. It seems to not be a functioning organization. Very disappointing.
Great idea - in theory. The ONE ride we used was wonderful, but we haven't been able to book a 2nd requested ride. Even when our requests are put in weeks in advance, there is no driver available (or willing?). Quite simply, they don't have enough drivers to make this work for ordinary families... which is too bad. Our family thought we could count on Zemcar (and we were willing to pay their high rates), but time and time again we have been left completely frustrated.
