DO NOT work for this company. They were dishonest with me about how much they were going to pay me upfront and if you quit without notice they will retroactively reduce your previously worked wages to Minimum wage. They make you sign a contract during orientation to this effect. Their entire pay structure is structured around this policy. If you do leave with 2 weeks notice you'd better make sure it's down to the minute to equal 2 weeks. The company internally is very fragmented no team work internally it’s all about who to blame and not in training and resolving problems going forward. The positions do not have a specific job description and provide a proper timeline for training. If you like to backstab and blame everyone this is a good place to start.
