Been a member since early 80s. Everything was operated by a board, including loan approval. With the implementation if loan officers, things contined to be member friendly. With opening membership to the general public, came less hometown style service, except for the tellers, who have remained great. I'd certainly still recommend membership if I weren't moving, but the personal service seems to be waning
