I would not recommend using Daniel Alden. An Attorney should not show up to court in a condition that shows he is more nervous than the client he is representing. He was sweating bullets going into the court room and stumbled through his words. In addition, he failed to present the pertinent documents that he was given at the first meeting with his client.
