Excellent experience working with David. We were engaged on closing a real estate transaction where David worked with the borrower's current lender who had the note in default. David worked out an amicable win-win-win deal structure that enabled the current lender to get paid off, allow for the new loan to be secured, and saved the borrower from any further damages. Would certainly work with him and his team again.
