The initial communication from this research company was very good and the interview/survey process was fantastic, but once it was time to provide the incentive payment, Zeldis did not pay by the expected timeframe and stopped communicating when asked about payment. A very frustrating and disappointing end to what would have otherwise been a 5 star experience.
