It's so amazing that I have to CHASE DOWN a bill collector in order to pay them money. I have emailed ,left messages, one man even hung up on me because " I can't help you call Laurie". It's crazy. If you want anything done, don't go to them. I'm still waiting on someone to call me just to give a BILL COLLECTOR money. Wild.
