We made our 2023 taxes with this company and the experience was horrible. They called me and my wife end of July to tell us our taxes from April were not processed. They had my wife reach out to her employers for information, and the next day told her she needed file paperwork to IRS for 2023 taxes because they were not done (we had paid them for this service).
