I would not suggest using this company for your counseling needs unless you want MORE problems. My daughter was referred here by her insurance provider and there were problems from the start. A therapist. Patricia Adams, contacted me to schedule our appointment and get an email address to send documents (typical these days.) However, what she sent was a patient portal access. Save yourself the mental distress and just go elsewhere. Not only are the providers terrible and not show up to the appointments but the front desk as well you have to call maybe 30 times before you can get someone on the line. I thought this would be a safe safe space to take care of my mental health turns out I walked out with more stress explains why a lot of therapist leave the practice. I would give it 0 starts if I could.
