This store is very bad. Glasses is one month old and under the warranty. They charge customers in warranty. I shopped here in the last many years . Base on the experience, don’t buy here.
We had a great experience with Zeiss vision. My husband and I came here for prescription glasses and contact lenses. Sam was super helpful and professional in recommending what was the best for us. The eye exam with dr Ho was very thorough and informative, the machine he used was super cool which I have never seen elsewhere for the eye exam. I highly recommend this place if you want good quality services and glasses!
They helped me adjust my glasses for a better fit, despite not having bought them there.
Pleasantly surprised that this location has the Gentle Monster frames I was looking for. GM website doesn’t ship prescription glasses to Canada. This Zeiss location otherwise has a great variety and inventory of other brand name glasses in stock. The associate who helped me and my brother was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the glasses we wanted.
I have bought two glasses from them, one Cartier and one other. Today I was going to buy another Cartier sunglass from them and was approached by a Cantonese guy who asked for my id before opening the glass. This is not how you approach an old customer or any customer. Will never go back again to buy Cartier!
