Very friendly staff. Customer oriented
I’m actually very disappointed in the store. I’ve been coming here for well over a year and I at least buy a sandwich twice a month and I am disgusted to see that there’s literally nine thin slices of meat and no mustard and no mayonnaise even leaving the store joking with the cashier that we have to buy extra meat because they’ve been so slimy about it to come home and see this disappointment and then to see the reviews on the store is actually getting so much lower and so much worse do better
I had a disappointing experience at the self-checkout today. When I requested a bag of water softener salt, the attendant entered the wrong item number. Instead of looking up the correct code, she asked me to go back out to the parking lot to bring the 20 kg bag inside so she could scan it herself. Expectations for service should include the staff being able to look up item numbers or having a system to verify products without the customer having to haul heavy items back and forth.
