It's worth the drive from Hamilton to Zehrs because Sarah is the best in so many ways. (Floral Department) Sarah"s talent is remarkable in floral arrangements. Her personality in customer service is exemplitary, always pleasant, knowledgeable, throw in a short conversation, if time permits. Always a smile no matter how she feels. Thank you Sarah, for always going that extra mile in customer service. Always nice to see you.
What has generally been a good shopping experience has been impacted by the AI camera implementation in the self checkout that is required for all produce items. Expect at least two errors on every checkout that requires a staff member to intervene (defeating the convenience and speed of self-checkout). I will gladly change my rating once the process is improved, but so far this seems like a haphazard implementation of theft prevention that only results in punishing honest shoppers.
Share holder's see quarterly profits near $250 mil and we see rotten salads.
