One star for Zeers Therapy Winnersh. Initially, communication was consistent and coherent until we requested a deposit refund due to a last-minute appointment time change. Unfortunately, we couldn't rearrange our commitments. Since then, communication has been poor, and the owner is ignoring our messages. Hoping this review prompts a response explaining the lack of deposit refund.
Excellent and informative sports massage every time. Jasmine at the winnersh location is very knowledgeable. Thank you.
Had an amazing treatment from Micheal. I had some very difficult and tight trigger points that he worked through. Very knowledgeable and used the right amount of pressure. Would highly recommend.
Tea with Mike, well it felt like Tea with Mike except there was pain and some yelling involved!! Mike was great, nice introduction to himself, his work and what Zeer Therapy are about. We both got talking about history, fitness, exercise and all. Mike made me feel welcomed and valued, really liked the first session with him, was painful but effective, something I require on a regular basis. I will definitely be booking future sessions, good service all round, Mike was a Pro!
