I was told they were beginning the process of returning my money. This place is a rip off, supposed to be airport parking spot, but it's a SCAM go to Master car
Stay away! Booked a 15 passenger four months in advance in Seattle and were notified 48 hours (July) before arrival that they didn’t have the van. No large vans in the entire city and ended up with hiring rides. Stay away and see the other reviews.
Best rent a car so far. We used this last year for a trip to Oregon. Hassle free. I wonder why they closed! Now that I needed them maybe that’s why all of the cancellations they were in the brink of closing
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I was just told two weeks before my arrival that my reservation was canceled because they do not have any vans. I made the reservation two months ago and now do not have another option for my party of 8 people. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY as you will be left with insufficient transportation
