Bruce could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I only wanted a few Hahnit beams and, over the space of a few months allowing for my holiday and delivery time, he kept me in the loop and sorted everything out perfectly! Am very pleased with Zedlock's response to my query and provision of a Long Throw Gate Lock. It looks well engineered with the necessary instructions and drill bits to fit it. Luckily I was able to use the existing hole from my old rim lock to fit the new lock, thus saving me a little time.
Excellent Service. I had been told by another company that the locks I wanted were unavailable. However 15 minutes after I contacted them Zedlock called back to say that they could supply the 2 that I wanted
