Wonderful store lovely items, unfortunately on a shopping day we went into Zebra Finch at Kotara on 3 Jan 2025 to purchase some Buddhist Bangles as my sister has many of them and had purchased a lot of items from this store and a sizeable amount of these bangles. She has the receipts for this. We were subsequently falsely accused of attempting to steal some of the bangles resulting in a false accusation being made. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received!!!! This is one of my favourite shops in Newcastle. I have never met a company is as accommodating as Zebra Finch! Thank You again!!!
Wondered around the store for a long time looking for a particular item I saw online. The 2 shop assistants were too infatuated in their own secret conversation behind the counter to even think about asking me if I needed help. I made my presence know but still proceeded to converse without acknowledging me, feeling like a burden to there "probably more important conversation than a waiting customer" I left the store and bought a similar product from a different website.
