I have been a member with RTX since 2011 and had been satisfied until 2016. RTX overcharged me for a reservation in August 2016 and I have had to fight to get a refund. I was told in January 2017 that my refund was approved and would be mailed to me. I have not received a refund to date and no one will answer my calls or return my email requests.

We sincerely apologize for any delay regarding your refund. Our records indicate you were contacted on March 7, 2017 to verify your address and a response was not received. Despite this, a check was mailed directly to your address on March 13, 2017.
We bought a platinum membership because we were told we could buy ****** annual tickets for the whole family at 70% off. We couldn't believe it so we asked Mike L. to check again and he came back into the room and said absolutely. We asked how old the company was and he said 16 years. I signed up with ******* for the travel rewards website for hotel, cruises and airline discounts and paid 3K. When I signed up, the renewal cost was $100. About 2 years ago, the name change to RTX and now the renewal is $200. I was never warned nor given any option except to pay or loose the points I had accumulated and lose my 3K. The resort you can use with the points you accumulate have jumped to the 50K so I have to wait decades before I get anything for my points. Switched from RCI to RTX and have had nothing but problems since. Account access not always available. RTX travel assured me that a region and season would be available to me until I deposited with them only find out that I was only on a seasonal color plan which only allowed me to use from October thru December. Total bait and switch.
RTX was unable to find a reasonable vacation for me after 3 months. I had one "offer" for a resort that was under construction, with dates that were not what I requested. I called today and the operator suggested that maybe I had banked with *** and I had made a mistake. They say they have record of your calls, but then wanted me to recount EXACTLY when I called and who I spoke to. Poor availability. No way to check availability
