The ATM never works here. I tried to make a deposit over the weekend and it didn't work.
Genuinely abysmal branch whose atm is always down and yet I'm too bogged down by the rat race to switch banks- for now
ATM is down And the one in Westland is down again and I have been to the one in WestLand six times in the last two weeks and it has been down. Absolutely horrible place to bank and if you work the hours that you’re open, good luck at trying to get a deposit in at one of their ATMs as they are always down. Seems they don’t want to invest any money into their equipment. Honestly, the worst place I’ve ever banked And I hate to say that as I’m a credit union lover, but they’re making me go back to a bank at this point
I've been a member for 15 years, and I can say with confidence that the quality of service has steadily declined. Over the past year, they’ve begun flagging nearly all of my purchases as fraudulent, even legitimate ones, and recently, this has been happening multiple times a day. This is extremely risky, especially since they cut off access to your card at night, leaving you without funds until the following morning. I strongly urge you not to sign up with this company. After 15 years, I’m closing my account immediately.
