I hate this zeal! They slow
NEVER use one of their ATM's. If the machine malfunctions it will keep your card. And rather than try to return it to you they will just shred it.
If you have ANY questions, no matter how simple you MUST go in. Why? Because they never answer the phone which is a one number for an entire area, LONG wait time on hold. If you go with Zeal, be sure to live close by because you have to go in for everything. The phone is impossible, and they never answer. If they do, you can guarantee you'll be on hold for a LONG time, and even then it's not the right department, then they put you hold again for another hour or so. Be sure to have the day off work when you have to call them.... read more
