I've been a member for 15 years, and I can say with confidence that the quality of service has steadily declined. Over the past year, they’ve begun flagging nearly all of my purchases as fraudulent, even legitimate ones, and recently, this has been happening multiple times a day. This is extremely risky, especially since they cut off access to your card at night, leaving you without funds until the following morning. I strongly urge you not to sign up with this company. After 15 years, I’m closing my account immediately.
I hate this zeal! They slow
NEVER use one of their ATM's. If the machine malfunctions it will keep your card. And rather than try to return it to you they will just shred it.
If you have ANY questions, no matter how simple you MUST go in. Why? Because they never answer the phone which is a one number for an entire area, LONG wait time on hold. If you go with Zeal, be sure to live close by because you have to go in for everything. The phone is impossible, and they never answer. If they do, you can guarantee you'll be on hold for a LONG time, and even then it's not the right department, then they put you hold again for another hour or so.
