Over the course of my banking experience here, I have encountered numerous issues, and I feel compelled to bring them to your attention so you don’t make the same mistake and open an account. Zeal credit union has a fantastic group of employees especially Amber. She assisted me the last two times I was in the building. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my time there. I've actually been an banking client since 2015 but my last two visits were very pleasant, all thanks to Amber. Thank you Zeal and Amber for a meaningful experience. Zeal she's the best. Been with zeal years. Difficult to get through on phone. Prompts don't allow you talk to anyone and it's frustrating
