Such a wonderful environment for dress shopping! Courtney was phenomenal! Such a great experience and so many beautiful dresses! Would recommend this place to everyone in the eastern Iowa area.

Just purchased my wedding dress from here and I had the pleasure of working with Courtney. She was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything I had to say with great detail and helped me find the most amazingly perfect dress! She was the best! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and especially recommend working with her!!
My shopping experience and picking out my wedding dress was great. However, my dress somehow got ordered incorrectly (not something you’d expect when spending thousands on a dress). It was supposed to be unlined and it was ordered lined, which caused it to look like a completely different dress. I reached out to Zazous after I realized how truly different it was, they confirmed that it was ordered incorrect and they told me it would be an “easy” fix.
