Just purchased my wedding dress from here and I had the pleasure of working with Courtney. She was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything I had to say with great detail and helped me find the most amazingly perfect dress! She was the best! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and especially recommend working with her!!
My shopping experience and picking out my wedding dress was great. However, my dress somehow got ordered incorrectly (not something you’d expect when spending thousands on a dress). It was supposed to be unlined and it was ordered lined, which caused it to look like a completely different dress. I reached out to Zazous after I realized how truly different it was, they confirmed that it was ordered incorrect and they told me it would be an “easy” fix. This store was everything and more! No pressure and the atmosphere was so happy and stress free! Maddie was fabulous! I would recommend her to anyone!!
I didn’t find THE dress, yet. But I still wanted to share how wonderful my experience at Zazou's Bridal Boutique & Tuxedos was! Our consultant, Maddie, spent so much time with us! She swapped out umpteen different color themes to help me pick the perfect wedding colors. Im talking she was hanging up suits, maid dresses, mother of the bride dresses, and wedding dresses with different undertones just so I could visualize the final look. Zazous bridal did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and valued while they were helping find the wedding gown of my dreams and they definitely have very pretty bridal gowns
