Doesn't deserve even 1 star! Worst management! Worse spa I've ever been too. The management sucks! Very unprofessional, they threatened me. They charge you for an hour but don't give an hour massage. Very rude service reps! Crapy nail tech's that won't even fix a smudge before you leave the salon! Food sucks! All around a poor place to go! I would recommend any spa in town over this place! A must see spa The atmosphere is relaxing, the view of the bay and the decor are very nice. They keep the spa very clean. My husband and I received a couples massage we both felt wonderful after our 90 min massages, Sari and Renee are both amazing massage therapists. They allowed us to use the sauna together after our massages which was great. We felt so relaxed after our spa experience, we will be going back there again!
I have had a couple of massages that were terrible, the masseuse didnt focus on the areas requested and there was barely any pressure even after request. Could hear staff laughing and gossiping in the halls throughout the massage. I then received a very unprofessional phone call about a cancelled appointment. As a hypnotherapist/energy healer/medium who is exceptionally sensitive to the energy of spaces and other practitioners, I can say without hesitation that Zazen Salon Spa is a five star operation. Jennifer, the owner has mastered the art of customer service - and her high vibration space is filled with an amazing combination of creative energy and warmth. I have now been at Zazen 4 seperate times, and each time I absolutely love it! I've had waxing, nails/toes, make-up, and hair done and have been impressed and loved the final result each time. All the girls are so amazing, and are so talented. I suggest going here for everything! �
