Avoid at all costs. Interesting that it says Tax and Business solutions now but when we first acquired their services it was “immigration,” Isabel is a fraud. She will avoid you for the longest when you are asking about your case and then give you some life sob story about herself so you feel bad once you do get a hold of her. On a scale of 1-10 I honestly and openly give Alonzo and his team a score of 100! I have known Alonzo as a friend for 15 years, but just had him help me with my 2023 taxes last week for the first time. Income taxes are my worst fear, and hated requirement.
