Got my couch delivered on time and it's comfortable as hell.
Had a loveseat delivered, after a few days noticed that back of loveseat was broken. When I went talk to the owner there, he immediately stated that his two guys that delivered it would never deliver anything that was broken and then accused me of damaging the sofa while it was in my possession. I'm 67 years old, retired Veteran. Why would I lie? I will be out in front of the store beginning 12 March 2025 protesting my treatment and their horrible customer service. These guys are awesome, got a great deal on a loveseat and 2 recliners. We had some personal issues come up and could not take immediate delivery on the recliners. Tony understood and let us store them for quite a while. Thanks again for everything guys.
