Desiree M. Borges-Tosado helped my parents with there immigration needs. It was such an easy process, i can say this because i was in Japan throughout the whole case and wasn't worried at all. No los recomiendo .. solo te hacen pagar 40 Dolares para hacerte una supuesta cita ..y nunca te llaman . Les llame por tres días seguidos en los primeros dos días solo me decían le van a llamar al tercer dia .. le dije que me hicieran una nueva cita .sino que me rembolsaran mi dinero y la secretaria simplemente me corto .. ellos solo quieren robar tu dinero 💰
I called ahead asking if they could provide a lawyer to go with me to my immigration interview. I was very clear about what I needed, but the receptionist didn’t ask any questions. I went to the appointment, and the lawyer showed up 30 minutes late only to tell me they don’t offer that service unless the case is already with their office. This is something the receptionist could’ve easily clarified over the phone. I ended up wasting my time. Very unprofessional experience.
