I retained this attorney in early 2025 with my wife for a time-sensitive legal matter and paid a $10,000 flat fee. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through, communication, and action after payment was made. We raised our concerns directly and attempted to resolve things privately, but were left with no meaningful response or refund. My experience was extremely negative from the onset of engaging attorney James Wright. Firstly, he doesn't pay attention to detail, which I would presume would be a vital attribute to be a good attorney I left the phone number in which to call me back and he simply called the number that I called in on and then when I asked to return the call on the appropriate line he was impatient, rude, condescending, arrogant on just completely unprofessional.
