Overall a decent software, but recently they have been experiencing frequent and lasting service interruptions (often lasting several days) during the peak season. This is resulting in a loss of income for their clients as well as reputational damage. It is worth looking into other service providers if you are evaluating activity booking software.
Excellent training and service. This software has streamlined our bookings and added many features previously not available with our website.
