They are awful. They had our exterior & interior doors on order for months and after repeatedly asking & asking where they were, they finally told us they lost our order. Had to completely reorder everything and still had to wait months. On the last 2 things we needed, they kept saying they will be in 'next week' and next week never gets here. I'm currently on hold with them (for over 7 min.) still to see if they ever can answer me on where these things have been and why they are so incompetent. Will NEVER use them again. Th... read more
