Ordered and was promised a date for delivery that never happened. Won’t give me my money back either. Stay away from this company.
Avoid this company! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business. They took thousands of dollars upfront for a “custom” bed and promised a 3–4 week turnaround. It’s now been 11 weeks, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it except excuse after excuse week after week…. They’ve completely stopped responding. No updates, no accountability, nothing. Very disappointed with my experience with Zarcos Interior Design. I paid around $3,000 upfront for a custom piece, and was given a timeline that sounded reasonable at the time. Fast forward 12 weeks later, and I still haven’t received anything. What’s even more frustrating than the delay is the lack of communication. Great quality for furniture. It’s study and great material. I also got my dining chairs reupholster came out looking like new. I will recommend getting customized furniture here and also getting furniture reupholster.
Please AVOID this company!!! My niece went through Kathy and her husband Juan and purchased furniture. She has not received her items and they will NOT refund her. If anyone is having issues with this company please go through small claims. As the company has replied… my niece HAS NOT received her furniture. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
