I read Zarana‘s reviews prior to meeting with her, and have seen her on five occasions over the past year. She has helped me immensely with my diet, and weight, & provided me with guidance and information my “regular “doctors would not have known to share about the importance of nutrition. I want to be healthy inside and out, and not rely on prescriptions, and I’m so happy I found Zarana!!
She’s really good and thorough. I would highly recommend 🤗. I cannot tell you how much i have seen improvement in my body after meeting Dr.Zarana. If you can follow her guide you will be shocked to see an improvement. My entire family follows her guide. Please schedule a visit if you are someone like me who aren’t sure what to eat or how to eat. She’s very detailed and will thoroughly guide you to achieve your desired results.
Zarana is great she has guided me to make better food choices for my health and so far I have lost lost 20 lbs not bad if I do say so myself.
Zarana is an amazing woman with great knowledge and guidance. She guided me in saving my health and building practices to a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family.
Dr. Parekh was great! She was very understanding and considerate. She shows great professionalism and intelligence.
