Worse experience ever
Shop isn’t actually a shop as it’s on appointment only. You go there , door is locked. Even with an appointment she is 40-45 minutes late. Designer dresses that has been worn already as I have taken an allergy wearing one from there and paid as it was brand new. 700£ with 200£ discount lol. Worst experience ever. Avoid. !!!

I wanted to buy a prom dress and I only had few days left until the actual prom day. I couldn't find any prom dresses anywhere but I was lucky to find Zara Bridal. Nina was so kind, she gave me a comfortable and warm experience. She asked me few questions and picked out some dresses for me. She gave me advice on what colour dress would suit my complexion the best, the jewellery and shoes. She wanted me to look the best.
